 What is IREM - the Institute of Real Estate Management Organization?    

An affiliate of the National Association of Realtors^®, IREM is the only professional real estate management association serving both the multi-family and commercial real estate sectors.

The Industry Partner program was designed by the Georgia Chapter of IREM to provide a  valuable exchange between an elite group of contract services providers and the members of the local IREM Chapter.  The Industry Partner program enables its participants to expand their business opportunities by providing real estate professionals with a valuable resource of licensed, insured, and reputable vendors whose credentials have been reviewed by the local Chapter.

Unique to most organizations,  participation in the Partners program is limited. Only two Partners per Business Industry Category are permitted in the program. By limiting participation to two Partners per category, each Partner realizes the benefit of an exclusive networking program.   * Roofing and Landscaping have more partners due to being grandfathered in – partners longer than 10 years.

Please note, all applications are time and date stamped and are secured on a first come, first served basis.  All Partners must meet the requirements.  All applications are submitted to the Executive Council and selected through a voting process.
